It’s simple to get lost online specially if you are new to both the internet and Network Marketing. It’s even easier to just stop your marketing efforts because of confusion. Let’s take a look at the top 7 ways to really maximize your online marketing efforts and let’s get your Network Marketing business booming online.

1) Don’t get caught up in the hype: What I mean is don’t lose your focus. Keep in mind that you came here to build your MLM business and don’t allow all the online noise to distract you from your goal. This just means being mentally tough and having the right mindset.

2) Social Media is Key But..: Social Media platforms are going to play a huge roll in your building efforts online but there is a new Social Media site getting going everyday. Only spend time in the proven Social Media sites, We all know which ones they are. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and now Tumblr.

3) Avoid the easy road: The easy road would just seem to be to approach people head on about your business opportunity wouldn’t it? Well that is actually the most painful and slowest way to build a Network Marketing team. Take the time to build and cultivate relationships and you’ll see better results online.

4) Learn the art of Pay Per Click: This is a very important task that will take time effort and a monetary investment but it is the most powerful tool to generate leads online. The reason why I recommend it early in your career as an Online MLM Professional is because as I mentioned earlier, this takes time. When it comes to PPC, start small and build up as you learn the skill.

5) Initiate your blog immediately: The only reason to hang out online is to drive traffic to either a capture page where your prospect can request more information or to your blog where you can give away free value and your prospect can take a look around at all areas of your life. Online Marketing is all about content and if you give your knowledge away, people will appreciate you and as a result will become part of your newsletter subscription list. Start at once and create a blog for this will be your home online.

6) Learn The Golden Rule: The money is in the list. This isn’t anything new if you have been in Network Marketing for any length of time. We all have seen the 2 types of recruits, 1 that signs up and creates a list of 127 contacts and the other who can only think of 4 friends who may be interested. We know who has a better shot at getting off to a better start. Same thing online, the person who is able to grow their list the fastest wins. The person with the biggest list is making most of the money. In order to get this done you are going to need an autoresponder like in day 1.

7) Don’t Forget The Platinum Rule: You can only earn income by giving value to the marketplace. Your check can only grow at the speed in which you grow. The Platinum Rule is this, Do Not Forget About Your Personal Development. This is the secret code, this gives you an edge over all the techie people that are just focused on lead generation and have forgotten to grow as leaders. They sign people up to a program and then they forget to lead them or worse yet, they decide not to lead them. Recruiters make a little money but leaders make the most money in this industry.
